Certifications:
MERIDIAN's SAFETY Act Designations are awarded by the United States Department of Homeland Security and MERIDIAN is both designated and certified as Qualified Anti-Terrorism Technology (QATT). MERIDIAN has been awarded the highest official recognition. The SAFETY Act extends to all of MERIDIAN's customers, suppliers, vendors, users and others in the supply chain globally from third party claims related to any act of terrorism determined by DHS. In addition to the SAFETY Act MERIDIAN is crash test certified from ASTM, IWA-14, PAS 68 and the DOD. The official testing center is KARCO Engineering. MERIDIAN barriers carry the highest certification which is a lifetime warranty on all MERIDIAN barriers. They are 100% made in America from American made steel.

Our Regional Field Specialists are available for product demonstrations and will explain how products can be deployed based on the crash test certifications. The modular engineered design allows for the greatest level of flexibility when deploying in the field. Crash test certifications are just one component of what we do at MERIDIAN. We also provide Vehicle Safety Mitigation Plans (VSMP) which capture the certified placement of barriers in the field. MERIDIAN offers certified training for field operators to deploy using the certifications we have achieved. In addition to this, MERIDIAN will also set up, stage, deploy, and collect barriers using their own fully trained and certified field specialists.
